Peter's Chinese Buffet

My favorite place to eat and they are always friendly and make sure to have everything I like when I go in. Plus the r cheap and I can feed my whole family.

Food is always good and the owners are very nice.

Slim pickings on buffet. Think they were trying to close early for Christmas but they stayed open late, so full hey wouldn't have to turn anyone away.

We go here often! Mae is wonderful & her mother is too. They will make anything fresh if you feel it's not up to your standards. We haven't had a bad meal here ever.

We went and ate an hour and 20 mins before they closed food was great and staff was 👍👍

Small buffet but the food is actually pretty good for a buffet. This place seems to be much cleaner than it used to be......which is a HUGE plus! I always have great luck with to go orders. They give you a ton of food for the price. I always get the Kung Pao Chicken & can get three meals out of it.

Phenomenal! I've never had such tender meat from a buffet ever before. The chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender. I sampled everything I could and nothing tasted the slightest repetitive. I'm a spicy fan and I wasn't disappointed there. Their sushi is actually decent too, not the best but beats some others ive tried. The service here is very respectable, immediately sat, asked if i needed anything a few times, and most importantly didnt interrupt me while I was eating, texting, or writing this review. My favorite dish had to be the asian style barbeque chicken, couldn't tell you what it's called but that flavor was a new taste for my pallet. My only complaint has to be the rangoons... They were the perfect size, crisp and shape, but very light on the filling. Definitely gove this place a try! I would be here weekly if I didn't live miles from it!

Best Chinese food around hands down including all of Pittsburg. The lady that runs it is very nice. Totally different from the normal around here. I go and have the lunch buffet at least 2 times a week. Keep doing what your doing 👍👍

As advertised, not much to look at from the street, or inside. Food was good. Icecream was really good. Nice family running it. I would stop again.

Very good food, friendly employees. If there's something on the buffet you love they'll make more! The sushi and potstickers are my favorite but it's all delicious!

Lady that was working the register is super sweet! The selection is small, but what they have is really good! I'm definitely going to stop by when I pass through again.

Food was delicious. I have been here twice. Doesn't loo like much from the outside but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It's a nice sized restaurant. The family that owns it are very nice and helpful.

this mom and pop op' works like a well oiled wok, their kid hussles too, franchises can not match the personel attention or red carpet treatment in a casual surrounding, you will find traditional offerings @ a reasonable cost, enjoyed everything i tried, then tried it twice !

Love their food, and they have good service. It is a very family friendly atmosphere. If you have young kids, it is a great place to take them. They are extremely patient and tolerate those little annoying things that little kids do that often result in scowls from the staff. We love Peter's!

I order take out often it is always hot, fresh, and delicious! They will cook the entree the way you want. Very friendly staff!

Family Fun Place, Great Food, Always Love it there!

Food is good, friendly! GMA, is very aware and monitors very close the buffet, if you have carry out, and obviously is anxious, especially if she feels you are getting to much!

We went Halloween Night....Amazing service...and they made my 2 grandchildren special candy-fortune cookie bags....the food was just as amazing....worth the stop...

Not usually on my places to eat list because of past visits, my curiosity was hit today when I noticed a full parking lot at lunch time. Thinking they must surely be better since last visit, I decided to find out. A decent call because today everything tasted 'good'. All the dishes on the buffet were fresh and hot, the soup was good too.But 'good' is far as I can go with it, great it was not but good pretty much says it. I give it 3 stars on the food, the buffet is just so standard, and an extra star for the place being clean. Also the waitresses are friendly.

It was ok but not as good as usual

I'm from Santa Ana Orange County California and this is the only Chinese Buffet I prefer for local small town in the areas of South East Kansas. The workers are professional and extremely nice along with having no problems to fix any issues right away.

Great buffet options. Inexpensive and family friendly.
